Returns/exchanges:
Thank you for choosing Nichols Ski & Snowboard for your winter fun needs. We're dedicated to ensuring that every purchase enhances your passion for skiing and snowboarding. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, and we're here to assist with an easy return process.
As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we gladly accept returns of unused items within 14 days of the original purchase date. All returns and exchanges must be made in-store with a member of our team who is here to make it a seamless process for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Nichols Ski & Snowboard reserves the right to decline a return request for item(s) that are not in a condition deemed acceptable.
Due to the seasonal nature of our business, if you need to return an item after 14 days, we are happy to offer a store credit for your future use.
Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to post back to the original method of payment.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Please inspect your purchase and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or missing parts. Our in-store team will ensure any issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain product categories cannot be returned, including:

Gift certificates are non-refundable
Returns from the above categories will not be accepted. All sales are final.
