Ashley is a snowboarder of 6 years and loves all things terrain park! Whether she is shreddin the rails, or grooming the park!
She loves chit chatting with all customers whether it’s about products or riding!!!
Gavin Sallmen
Sales - Waterford
Gavin is passionate about both sports and customer service. He is a ski instructor at Mt. Holly and enjoys sharing the excitement of skiing to students of all ages while ensuring every guest has a positive experience on the slopes. At school, he is varsity tennis player and member of the golf team, along with an enthusiastic commitment to balancing academics. Gavin is known for his friendliness and the pride he takes in helping others learn, improve and have fun.

Kris loves the thrill of carving down a perfectly groomed run, wind in her face and that feeling of freedom. "Skiing is best with family and friends, but it’s also a great way to meet like-minded people on the chairlift." Every day at Nichols, she gets to share that passion with skiers of all levels — and swap stories about the mountains still on her list.
Karen Stewart
Owner
Karen is all about chasing fresh snow on bluebird days with family and friends. Some of her favorite spots to ski are Salt Lake City, Colorado, and Big Sky, Montana. In the shop, she especially loves helping families with little ones— "Nothing beats seeing the excitement on kids’ faces when they try on new boots, snowboards and skis.”
Tom Nichols III
Owner
Tom enjoys exploring backcountry terrain, tree runs, and moguls with friends and family. In the shop, he combines his passion for the sport with technical expertise, specializing in ski and snowboard tuning and helping customers find the right equipment to match their ability and goals.
